tripwire all covers

Tripwire, a journal of poetics, is devoted to a counter-institutional exploration of radical and experimental modes of contemporary poetics, art, and cultural politics. The journal was founded in 1998 by Yedda Morrison and current editor David Buuck. Six issues were published between 1998-2002, before rebooting in 2014. Current and back issues are available at tripwirejournal.com and through Small Press Distribution. Please visit the website for free PDFs, along with submission and subscription information.

Tripwire Microgrants for Translation

Tripwire is also pleased to announce a new funding initiative for translation. Translation plays one of the most critical and vital roles in international literatures, but too often translators go unrecognized and unsupported. The Tripwire Microgrants for Translation are designed to provide support and recognition for translators of contemporary avant-garde and experimental writing. Each time donations to the fund reach $100, that amount will be awarded to a translator for work published in coming issues of Tripwire. The fund will then go back to zero, until donations reach $100 again. Please donate what you can—even the smallest amount will add up. (You can also add a donation to your order of back issues).

Tripwire is distributed though Small Press Distribution or visit tripwirejournal.com for direct orders.
